• WILD SAVINGS: three or more visits a year, and a Zoosiana Membership is the way to go!
• SPECIAL PERKS: Member Discount on Gift Shop merchandise and free or discounted admission to reciprocating zoos around the country!

• Memberships are valid for one year from the month of purchase, except those memberships purchased as gifts during the end of year holiday promotion are for the following calendar year (January 2 - December 31)
• Member benefits (including admission into the zoo) are only for the persons listed on the valid and current membership card during that year
• Memberships are non-transferable
• Membership card must be presented (and accompanied with a valid identification card) to redeem any benefit, including admission into the zoo
• Members, as with all other guests, are expected to follow all zoo rules while visiting
• Zoosiana is closed to members and guests on the following holidays each year: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day; Zoosiana closes at 12 noon to members and guests on the following holidays each year: Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
• Zoosiana may close temporarily due to inclement weather, government mandates, or other reasons, but will always re-open as soon as possible or allowed - discounts or extensions, therefore, will not be issued
• Zoosiana reserves the right to modify our hours or days of operation or to make any other changes at any time, without notice
